The service is great and the customer support team member Tom was very courteous and was able to quickly resolve the backend port issue our server was experiencing.

The person who actually helped me Jade was fantastic, however it took multiple days before I received help I had to put in multiple tickets then use the online chat to force myself to speak to a human, which in turn I did finally get everything up and running.
